New Customers:
Please fill out our “new customer info” form.

Don’t forget to include your UBI # and contact information,
as well as a billing address.
Ordering:
We sell our product in a 4”, 1 gallon, and 2 gallon finished pot.
We encourage our customers to purchase full flats.
Please fax all orders and requests to (360) 424-5447.
Pick-up:
Please place all orders for pick-up 24-48 hours in advance.
Let us know what time you will be by to pick-up your order.
(Note that we are open Mon-Fri 9am-4pm.)
Please check-in at the office, located down the
driveway at the center of the property.
Be prepared to provide payment upon arrival.
We accept cash and checks only.
Delivery:
Northwest Perennials provides delivery service to all customers
purchasing 15 flats or more for a fee of $25.
If 40 flats are ordered the $25 fee is waved.
Please be present at time of delivery.

Nursery Visits:
We welcome Nursery visits.
Please let us know if you prefer to come by and hand pick an order.
Visits should be prescheduled between the hours of 9am-4pm Mon-Fri.
